The deadline for the basic package – structural working design, production and delivery of a standard building (1000-3000m2) is seldom more than 3 months and we also have to take into consideration that foundations and release to production can start simultaneously. In other words if we take for granted the ideal case, you can get the buiding finished in 4 months after design contract is signed. You should exclude, of course, the normal in Bulgaria administrative and bureaucratic delays before you receive the building permit.
The price of the structural design is included in the price of the building and you pay it completely only if you do not make firm order for the building.
The price of design all parts could be also minimized if you decide to trust us in a complex construction service.
Due to our calculation program we give 100% correct price(upper budget limit) for the building, before design, and when some basic parameters are fixed:
- location(for fixing the loads – snow, wind, seismic and additional loads)
- application ( to choose roof and wall system)
- span, length, height
